We don’t bamboozle you with jargon, we don’t talk down to you if you ask a question, and we’re certainly not trying to sell you things you don’t need. And that’s what makes us different.

At LCH/WEALTH, we’re not in the financial planning business.

We’re in the dream-making business.

You couldn’t care less about learning the latest on fiscal policies. But what you do care about? Creating a fulfilling life now and experiencing total financial freedom in the years ahead.

That’s why you don’t want a grey suit who sweeps in and tells you you need X,Y, and Z before truly getting to know you. You want a friendly team on your side who understand the demands on your life right now.

So, if you’re looking for Financial Planners who love to sit and listen as you tell them what you want life to look like, welcome.

Let’s build your dreams together so you can start moving towards them.

Our superpower is taking all your financial assets and turning them into real-life events

Our superpower is taking all your financial assets and turning them into real-life events

You’ll probably hear us talk about:

Honesty

We tell it to you straight so you won’t have any nasty surprises.

FUN

We’re here to celebrate milestones with you – birth, marriage, graduation, retirement. Yes, in our world, finance and fun go hand-in-hand.

Reliability

Winging it isn’t good enough for us. We show up and get the work done.

How’d we get here, you ask?

You could say it’s always been about numbers

Joining the financial sector after University made total sense to me. But aside from being nerdy over numbers, I got immense joy from building relationships with clients and being there to offer advice at big life moments.

Things changed when I had my own big life moment with the arrival of my first child. Suddenly, I was the one needing to consider my own family’s financial planning.

I had all the knowledge to sort out our pensions, insurances, investments and the costs that come with having kids – because, let’s be honest – they’re vast!

I realised this is why I do the work I do. To make sure it’s not just the rainy days that are covered. It’s to guide clients through life and make sure they’ve got a plan in place to see them through every big moment.

And if they don’t? We work together to create one. It’s about taking what you want to achieve with your money and setting out a roadmap to get there.

I founded LCH/WEALTH in 2024, and with the help of my team, we’re shaking things up and helping high-earners design the lives they deserve to lead.

Abi Hughes

Personal Assistant

Abi is likely to be the first friendly voice you’ll hear when you get in touch with LCH/WEALTH. She plays a key role in arranging your initial Financial Diagnosis Session and making sure everything runs seamlessly behind the scenes. With a sharp eye for detail and a natural flair for organisation, Abi keeps the wheels turning so the rest of the team can focus on what they do best.

Having recently finished her access course in Psychology, Social Science and Wellbeing with the Open University, Abi is now doing a part time degree in Psychology.

Abi brings a thoughtful, people-first perspective to her work. She’s passionate about helping clients feel supported from the very start of their journey with us. Outside of work, you’ll find her exploring the latest wellness trends or getting lost in a good book on emotional intelligence.

Bradley Penn

Insurance Coordinator

Brad is your dedicated point of contact for all things insurance. He will review your existing policies and cover, including workplace benefits, and manage the entire application process from start to finish.

Having recently graduated with a BSc in Business Finance and Management from UEA, Brad discovered his passion for financial planning early on and hasn’t looked back. Now part way through completing his Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning, he’s on a mission to become a financial adviser who truly makes a difference.

When he’s not buried in a financial report, you’ll find him out on the football pitch, hitting the gym, or outdriving his mates on the golf course (or at least trying to).

Holly Guscott

Financial Adviser

Holly is a Financial Adviser and is working towards her Chartered status. She is passionate about helping people to build confidence in their financial decisions and is known for building plans that are both practical and empowering.

With a strong blend of technical knowledge and a genuinely client‑centered approach, Holly works with individuals and families across all levels of wealth. Whether someone is just getting started or managing more complex financial circumstances, she focuses on creating clear, achievable strategies that support their long‑term goals, ensuring clients feel supported and understood at every stage of their financial journey.

Another running fan, Holly started pounding the pavements during lockdown and has been entering the London Marathon ballot every year since. We’ll all be there to cheer her on when she finally gets her place.

Lisa Rea

Technical & Annual Review Manager

With a background in accountancy spanning two decades, Lisa brings forensic levels of detail to her role. She makes sure all the numbers add up behind the scenes and plays a key role in preparing client reviews so each one is clear, considered, and genuinely useful to you.

She gets a real buzz from helping clients feel more in control of their finances and is always ready to support the team with whatever they need to deliver a standout service. And in case you thought she was all spreadsheets and structure — she used to be a drummer in a church band.

Marie Rhys-Evans

Operations Director

Marie is the engine behind the scenes at LCH/WEALTH, making sure everything runs smoothly across both the front and back office. From refining internal processes to ensuring every client experience feels seamless and supported, she keeps the whole team (and the tech) ticking along beautifully.

She’s currently studying for her diploma in financial planning, but when she’s not exercising her brain, you’ll find her out running or enjoying the slopes.

Molly Jobson

Wealth Client Relationship Coordinator

Molly is the friendly first port of call for many of our Wealth clients, making sure their journey with us feels smooth, supported, and expertly handled from start to finish. She works closely with our advisers behind the scenes, coordinating annual reviews, prepping key documents, and keeping everything ticking along so clients can relax, knowing they’re in good hands.

With a background in customer service at Waitrose (where she was the go-to for sorting complaints with calm and kindness), plus a Psychology degree under her belt, Molly brings the perfect mix of people skills and precision to her role. She’s currently studying for a PA and secretarial diploma, a true multitasker who loves knowing her work makes life easier for others.

When she’s not organising diaries or fine-tuning client experiences, you’ll find her off exploring a new city, checking out buzzy restaurants, or diving into the latest book TikTok’s obsessed with.

Naomi Greatorex

Protection Director

Naomi started working in the protection industry in 2002 and is a multi-award-winning adviser. Our clients value her upfront and reassuring approach because if the worst should happen, they know she’s put a solid plan in place for them.

Another huge music fan – Naomi lives for music festivals. She’s been a regular at Glastonbury for nearly 20 years!

Natalie Guerin

Managing Director

Natalie oversees the smooth running of our operations, planning, and marketing. With a sharp eye for detail and a mind made for strategy, she keeps everything — and everyone — moving in the right direction. Her background includes working for a Royal family, so it’s fair to say she knows how to handle high standards and high stakes with ease.

A lifelong music lover and organisation enthusiast, she once flew to Las Vegas to see Elton John, Prince, and Barry Manilow on three consecutive nights — proof that when she puts her mind to something, she makes it happen.

Sam Herminie

Client Implementation Coordinator

Sam is a seasoned pro in the financial services world, having worked her magic in the industry since 2008. With a background that spans everything from technical paraplanning to managing employee benefits for corporate clients, she knows her stuff when it comes to pensions, group risk, and healthcare. She’s our go-to for getting new business applications over the line and making sure investments glide through to completion — all with her trademark calm, care, and eagle-eyed attention to detail.

When she’s not at her desk, you’ll likely find her out adventuring with her daughter or cuddled up with one of the many dogs she’s trained through her time with Canine Partners — a brilliant charity that prepares assistance dogs for life with their new human companions. (Yes, she’s basically a superhero with spreadsheets and puppies.)

“Lisa had many brilliant suggestions and is so empathetic and thoughtful, making it a very refreshing and enjoyable experience. I came away feeling much better and positive about my finances and with a clear plan.”
